AI Consultancy.

On site. Hands on.

01 / Why you need this

Level up with AI.
Don’t get left behind.

Agentic AI is changing the way businesses operate. This isn’t the AI most people have tried — a chat window you type questions into. Agentic AI works autonomously. It completes tasks, manages processes, and takes action on your behalf. The businesses already using it are working faster, freeing up their teams, offering things they couldn’t a year ago. Most owners have heard the term. Few know what it means for their business.

That’s what we come in and show you. We spend a day at your business, learn how your workflows run, and walk you through the AI tools and automations that fit — hands on, with your actual data. Where it makes sense, we set up simple tools on the day. After the visit you get a written report on what we’d recommend doing next.

02 / What’s changing

The way businesses run is shifting fast.

Work that took your team an afternoon last year takes minutes now. Things you couldn’t offer a year ago — round‑the‑clock customer answers, reports that write themselves, drafts in seconds — are routine for the businesses using AI properly.

It’s not hype. It’s not 2023’s chatbot novelty. Agentic AI — AI that actually does the work, not just answers questions — is now properly useful, and it’s cheap. A business with two staff can have AI doing the work of an extra person, in the background, for less than a phone bill.

The businesses that move first are pulling ahead in three ways. They’re saving real hours every week — quoting, follow‑ups, document handling, admin. They’re offering things their competitors can’t — instant answers, faster turnaround, services that used to need a bigger team. And they’re seeing patterns in their data they never had time to look for, making better decisions because of it.

The businesses that wait don’t see it happening. Their competitors get a little quicker, a little leaner, a little more responsive each quarter. By the time it’s obvious from outside, the gap is years wide.

03 / What AI can actually do for a business

In plain language. No jargon.

Repetitive work, taken off the plate

Quoting, invoicing, follow‑ups, scheduling, data entry. Work that’s the same shape every time — AI handles it, your team checks it.

Email and inbox management

Sorting by priority, drafting replies in your tone, summarising long threads. Mornings start on the work, not on the inbox.

Reading and processing documents

Pulling data out of PDFs, classifying forms, extracting numbers from invoices, summarising long reports. Hours of admin work in seconds.

Drafting writing

Proposals, reports, emails, marketing copy. First drafts in minutes. Your team edits and signs off, instead of staring at a blank page.

Customer questions, answered round the clock

Trained on your products and your policies — not a generic chatbot. Customers get answers at midnight on a Sunday.

Reports that build themselves

Pulling from your data, writing the summary, on schedule. Sales trends, weekly updates, customer patterns — automatic.

Finding patterns in your data

Asking questions in plain English and getting answers from your records — without wrestling spreadsheets.

Different businesses get value from different combinations of these. The hard part isn’t the tools — it’s knowing which ones fit your operation, and how to set them up around your work.

04 / The hard part

Most owners know AI matters. The hard part is knowing where it actually fits in your business.

Generic ChatGPT isn’t the answer — it doesn’t know your products, your customers, your tone, the way your business runs. The articles don’t help much either; every newsletter has a different angle, every conference has a different vendor pitching something. Most owners read enough to know they should be doing something, but never enough to know what.

Meanwhile the work keeps coming. There’s no time to spend two months researching tools, picking ones that fit, testing them, training the team. So nothing happens. And the gap quietly widens.

05 / How we help

A day at your business. Hands‑on with the tools that fit.

We come and spend a day at your business. We sit with you, see how you actually work, and walk you through the AI tools and automations that fit. The quick wins get set up on the spot. After the visit you get a written report on the rest — what we’d recommend, how it would work, and what it would take to put in place.

You can take the report and run with it yourself, or have us implement the recommendations for you. If anything needs more than off‑the‑shelf AI tools and warrants a proper custom system built, we do that too.

06 / After the visit

Optional ongoing support, on a small retainer.

If you want us to keep working with you beyond the visit — adding new automations as your business changes, keeping you current as AI tools evolve, building on what we recommended — we offer simple monthly retainers. Pricing depends on scope, ask for details.

07 / Pricing

Two visit options.

Half-day visit

For smaller operations.

For smaller operations, or where you’ve got a clear sense of where AI might help and want it explored properly.

  • 3–4 hours on site
  • Hands‑on with your actual work
  • Quick wins set up on the day
  • Written report afterwards
08 / Questions people ask

Straight answers.

I tried ChatGPT and it didn’t really do much for my business. Why is this different?
ChatGPT is one product. AI is a whole category. There are AI tools built for reading documents, AI tools that connect to your inbox, AI tools that sit inside your existing software, AI tools that watch your data and flag things, AI agents that complete tasks end‑to‑end on your behalf. Most of them aren’t chatbots at all. The visit walks you through which ones actually fit your business and how they’re used — most owners are surprised by how much is already out there beyond the ChatGPT window.
Is my business too small or traditional for this?
If anything, the opposite. The businesses with the biggest gains are the small, traditional ones — because nothing’s been automated yet. The team’s been doing things by hand, on spreadsheets, in shared mailboxes. Every one of those is a place AI can take work off them. Bigger businesses with proper IT departments often have less to gain because they’ve already automated the obvious stuff. If you have customers, paperwork, and repetitive tasks, you’ve got more room than most.
What if my data needs to stay private or we’re in a regulated sector?
Tell us up front. There are AI setups that keep your data on your own systems — we know which tools they are and how to deploy them. The visit will steer towards setups your compliance side can sign off on.
What if AI changes again in six months?
Tools will. The fundamentals won’t. We set you up on tools that are already proven, and the underlying capability is here to stay. If you want to be kept current as new tools come along, that’s what the optional retainer is for.
Do I really own everything afterwards?
Yes. The accounts are in your name, the data stays in your systems, and the report and any setups are documented. Nothing locks you in.
